Dear Managing Director,

Around the world people eat chocolate made with ingredients like exploitation and violence. It's time chocolate companies stopped profiting from trafficked child labour. I am deeply concerned about the thousands of children trafficked onto cocoa plantations in Ivory Coast.

I am horrified that in 2010, there are tens of thousands of children still trapped in forced labour in the West African cocoa industry, where 75% of the world's cocoa comes from.

I am pleased Nestlé now make one Fair Trade chocolate bar in the UK and Ireland, but as you can see from the list above, you've got a long way to go.

I acknowledge you've taken some small steps to discourage the use of exploited child labour in your supply chain, but I want to know when all your chocolate products will be free from trafficking and all other abuses.

Yours sincerely,

TAKE ACTION
