Spot the signs of human trafficking as you travel
We live in an age where people can move about more freely and easily than at any other point in history.
Unfortunately, this also means that traffickers have more opportunities to move people through airports, train and bus stations, both internally and across borders, on a daily basis – often without raising any suspicion.
Traffickers prey on the dreams of others and it is often those trying to make a better life for themselves and their loved ones. However, for those that are trafficked, the reality is often very different from their dreams.
We believe that everyone has a right to travel safely and freely, and we aim to educate fellow travellers to be alert to traffickers operating within transport hubs.
