Grade:£31,689

STOP THE TRAFFIK Group (STTG) is seeking a determined individual with skills or experience in data modelling to manage projects which are part of an overall strategy and prevent human trafficking and modern slavery (MSHT).

In this role you would take responsibility for and oversee STTG’s data projects and models, focused on incorporating new languages into the world’s largest accessible source of information on human trafficking (Traffik Analysis Hub).

This role will be responsible for:

  • Data mining and extracting usable data from valuable data sources.
  • Using machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers.
  • Carrying out preprocessing of structured and unstructured data, e.g. NLP/ NLU.
  • Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis. Using Python and Keras.
  • Developing prediction systems and machine learning algorithms.
  • Presenting results in a clear manner.
  • Integrating models into current Kubernetes production clusters.
  • Working in a development team using version control and test-driven development.

We do not require any additional qualifications, rather, candidates must demonstrate previous experience in an environment with transferrable skills to this position.
