Title: Full Stack Manager

Responsible to: Director of Data and Technology

Salary: £31,689

You are a full stack developer with cloud experience who wants to lead on our applications.

You will maintain and enhance our web and mobile apps that share intelligence to prevent exploitation.


  • Lead the code development from specifications, design, build test and release
  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
  • Ensure security and data protection for sensitive information
  • Write technical documentation
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
  • Collaborate on code in github with other developers in the team
  • Work and partner with supplier and pro-bono companies
  • Integrate results of AI / ML models into the web visualisations
  • Input into prioritisation on User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) and ensure a smooth user experience
