Homelessness and human trafficking

Our 2019 Christmas appeal is a story about homelessness and exploitation. We chose this because we know that people who are homeless or rough sleeping are alarmingly vulnerable to exploitation, including human trafficking.

In November 2019, we launched the Greater Manchester Homelessness and Exploitation Report, a groundbreaking piece of research which shows the extent of exploitation amongst people who are homeless or rough sleeping.
