I’m a Researcher

If you are a researcher and would like to learn about STOP THE TRAFFIK

STOP THE TRAFFIK researches all areas of preventative focus on human trafficking – with a particular look at vulnerable communities, routes, commercial markets and financial cashflows

Our research runs the spectrum of private and public sector work, which is key to understanding, disrupting and preventing Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. Whether developing intelligence on child exploitation, identifying potential hotspots for labour trafficking in UK industry supply chains, or providing information on MSHT trends in London to support awareness raising campaigns, our data and information led approach to fighting MSHT relies heavily on developing research and intelligence best practice, including supporting collaborative data collection and data sharing both internally at STT and externally with our partners.

Research we have done

We collaborate extensively with other organisations for our research. These include NGOs, people working in the field internationally, academics, and organisations who want to get involved in preventing human trafficking.

We welcome opportunities to collaborate with partners from all sectors as well as students on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking related research projects. If you are interested in getting involved with the research aspects of our work at STT or have an idea for a collaborative project, do get in touch with your details. However, please note that we are a small (but growing) organisation, and our research focuses may change quickly as we respond to new information on MSHT. As such, we thank you for your patience, as we may not be able to immediately respond to enquiries.

Join us and strengthen the intelligence-led aspect of our work. Contact us at [email protected].
